I have been using Airloom Cooling and Heating for 15 plus years. I can't say enough good things about this company. They are fair, honest, and dependable! Recently my A/C stopped working on a Friday night. I called in the evening after hours, and the owner tried to help troubleshoot over the phone. After a horrible ordeal with our former AC repair company and our AC manufacturer, we reached out to Airloom to see if they would be able to help us. When we called them, we had been without air 16 days (7/15-7/30) because the part was on order/being manufactured. I desperately spilled the entire situation to Ashley on the phone, and she could not have been more sympathetic to us being without air in July. She immediately contacted Dave, and within an hour, Dave had called and was working to see what he could do to get us back up and running. Dave contacted the manufacturer on our behalf and, when he was given the same information our former company was given, he went further to ask what other options we had to get us back up and running. He was able to negotiate a condenser replacement (when a compressor was what was needed) that was warranted through Lennox. He was able to get the needed parts ordered and installed within 4 days. Dave managed to do in 4 days what our previous company didn’t even try to do. We are thankful that Ashley, Dave, Jacob, and Garrett were able to take such good care of us and so quickly. Our nightmare ended after 19 days with no AC. We still have not heard back from our previous AC company.

The best customer service ever! Lima (front desk operator) listened to my struggles of getting the runaround from other AC companies and took charge! She spoke to Dave (the president), and he was out at my house the same day! He got my AC running after having no AC for a week! They are currently working with me to get a new unit installed. I highly recommend this company! It’s hard to find good customer service, and Air Loom went above and beyond for me!

AirLoom continues to impress! I lost power during both major storms recently, so it was extra miserable when the A/C stopped working. I expected a long wait for an appointment, but they offered to fit me in the next day! Price was very fair and the repairs were done in a day. It was such a stressful time for the city, but the team at AirLoom reacted quickly and kindly to restore my service. A/C is working great. I'm so glad to be a customer of AirLoom Cooling & Heating. I had my A/C evaporator go out on my 6-year-old house. The first company I called did not honor my warranty… Called AirLoom and spoke with Dave, and within about 20 minutes he looked up my unit, found the warranty, and honored it. Once the part arrived, Daniel and Dave were prompt to their estimated arrival time and knew exactly how long the repair was going to take. Excellent service, and very kind to deal with. Would definitely recommend their services and will be continuing to use them in the future.

This is a delayed review. Came home Tuesday the 25th at around 5:30 pm and found the outside condensing unit not running, house temperature 78 degrees. Called Air Loom, left a message, not much chance of getting someone out this late. Dave called me back at 6:42, said they would schedule someone out Wednesday morning. Technician Garrett arrived around 9:30, found bad capacitor in record time and had the unit running and cooling at around 10:00. Thanks Garrett and Air Loom for quick response. Morris

The service technician Daniel was excellent—very professional, and answered my questions, explained system and equipment condition, replaced an evaporator that was leaking refrigerant, and it was still under warranty, so there was no charge. He spent a couple of hours when it was raining hard, and did thorough system and equipment checks. Cypress Creek (now AirLoom) has been my HVAC provider for about fifteen years, and I have been very happy with them.

I don't rate businesses unless they stand out. AirLoom sent a tech to my house in record time on a Saturday morning. The tech, Garrett, was professional, efficient, and explained everything to me. The price was less than I paid last year for the same problem on my other unit. How could they do that with this inflation? I don't know, maybe they're just fair with the prices. 10 out of 10, I recommend.

I can’t say enough good things about Airloom and our tech Daniel. If you are looking for an honest company that goes the extra mile for their customers without nickel and diming them to death you need to call Airloom right now! I have had numerous A/C companies out to maintenance and care for our HVAC since 2016. This is the first company and tech to figure out our issue. On average our home runs very hot in the summer and cold in the winter. So, this is what impressed me, he provided a temporary solution which cooled our house down by 8 degrees immediately during the hottest part of the day, and then explained the permanent repair and how we can get that done. Most any other company would have skipped trying to help us and just jump straight to the most expensive solution. When it came time to pay the bill, it was exactly what I was quoted over the phone, not a penny more. I signed up for their yearly maintenance program. Airloom has revitalized my hope in humanity because there are still good companies and people out there!
