After a horrible ordeal with our former AC repair company and our AC manufacturer, we reached out to Airloom to see if they would be able to help us. When we called them, we had been without air 16 days (7/15-7/30) because the part was on order/being manufactured. I desperately spilled the entire situation to Ashley on the phone, and she could not have been more sympathetic to us being without air in July. She immediately contacted Dave, and within an hour, Dave had called and was working to see what he could do to get us back up and running. Dave contacted the manufacturer on our behalf and, when he was given the same information our former company was given, he went further to ask what other options we had to get us back up and running. He was able to negotiate a condenser replacement (when a compressor was what was needed) that was warranted through Lennox. He was able to get the needed parts ordered and installed within 4 days. Dave managed to do in 4 days what our previous company didn’t even try to do. We are thankful that Ashley, Dave, Jacob, and Garrett were able to take such good care of us and so quickly. Our nightmare ended after 19 days with no AC. We still have not heard back from our previous AC company.
