He was competent and easy to work with. He explained the issue in detail with photos and got my approval before doing additional work. When he left, the system was working again. They don't look for a 'quick fix,' but care about getting to the cause of the problem and work till the job is done—even though it's so terribly hot in the attic. Also, the technicians don't seem to mind my dog greeting them at the door, which is a plus.
